Rubbernecker Stamp gnomes, Andre, William, Thomas and Michael, so much fun to color. How cute are they? As I have mentioned before, we were moving. We moved and finally have my craft room all in one room, not so organized yet but at least in one room. When I purchased these stamps I couldn’t wait to color them. When I got them they did not have dies but THERE ARE DIES NOW!! Eeek! I was so excited to get the dies. I colored a lot of gnomes without a plan for a layout. I just knew I had to play with these.
The supplies I used are listed below. Using blending brushes is a great way to create the sky. The MFT Drift and Hills stencil creats snowy hills. I added the tree and on the layer I used Clear Pigment Ink and added the WOW White embossing powder for snow on the tree. Sprinkling embossing powder onto the card to create the snow really was a fun surprise. The Gina K trees and sentiments really pulled the card together.
I finished the card with a snowy marker for the hats. This pen is like a paint pen that you heat and the paint puffs. It’s awesome. I added some red Wink of Stella on the hat that doesn’t have the white fur and for the candy cane stripes. To top them all off I added Journey Glaze to their boots.
Thank you for being patient with my move. Look for more fun projects coming soon.
