When pairing the Gold Cards and Envelopes with the Joyful Holly bundle, it makes a simple and elegant Christmas card. This is the great time of year to create a card and gift box for the holidays.
Card Instructions
Card 1
Use the Gold Cards and Envelopes for the card base.
Take the smaller outline holly stamp and stamp it with a second generation of Mossy Meadow onto the card panel. (a second generation stamp means that you stamp it onto scrap paper first and then onto the card for a lighter image).
Stamp a piece of Whisper White with the holly images, creating your own DSP.
Use Rectangle Stitched dies #2 and 5 (#1 being the largest) for the Mossy Meadow cardstock.
The stamped panels you created are cut with #3 and 6.
Wrap the gold rope twine around the top two panels and tie a bow in front.
Add one of the three different red rhinestones randomly to the card. All three look fantastic.
Card 2
Use the Gold Cards and Envelopes for the card base.
Take the smaller outline holly stamp and stamp it with a second generation of Mossy Meadow onto the card panel.
Use the # 2 rectangle to cut a piece of Gold Foil paper with a rectangle die from the Rectangle Stitched die.
Emboss the piece of gold with the Tasteful Textile 3D embossing folder.
Use rectangle die #3 from Whisper White.
Stamp your holly and sentiment.
Add the stones of your choice.
Box Instructions
You can find the detailed box instructions and how I figure out the measurements on my previous video, Bloom & Grow make the perfect Wedding card and gift box set. The video below will also show you how I put the box together.
I used the #1 square die from the Stitched Shapes for the Mossy Meadow and the #2 die for the Gold Foil.
I love the 3″ x 3″ box. This size box is perfect for 4 Ferrero Rocher chocolates. What a cute gift is that? Perfect for a co-worker, a thank you, neighbor, etc.
