Let’s Celebrate You with the Bloom & Grow Wedding Card and Box

October 18, 2020 Leave a Comment

Hello everyone and happy Sunday.  Today I am a gorgeous wedding card and box set using the Bloom & Grow bundle.  I think this is going to turn into one of my “go-to” flower stamp sets.

Box Instructions

The photo shows a 4″ x 4″ but in the video I show you how to create a 3″ x 3″.   I also show you how to figure out what size paper you need to create the box size that you want. Below are some directions and a graph that I hope helps you understand how I created the box.

Use the scraps from the card to decorate the top of the box.  You can see behind the sentiment a couple of strips to tie the card into the look of the box.  I used the Stitched So Sweetly dies for the sentiment. I colored the Silver Metallic Edged Ribbon with the Light Soft Sea Foam Blends.  Decided to change it up a bit and use the Metallic Mesh Ribbon.

Card Instructions

Cardbase 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″
DSP 4″ x 5 1/4″
Plus Poinsettia Specialty Vellum 4″ x 5 1/4″
Adhere the Vellum paper onto of the DSP using glue dots, hiding them under the plush pieces.

Stamp the flowers with Memento Black Ink and color with Blends.  I used Soft Sea Form, Petal Pink and Old Olive.  The largest of the long Rectangle Stitched dies is what I used to cut out the sentiment.

Video

You can see the video HERE.  The instructions to make the box will make a lot more sense when you watch it on the video first.

Supplies

As always the supplies are listed on my blog and in my YouTube description.

Thank you so much for stopping by.  I hope you will give the Bloom & Grow bundle a try.  Please let me know if I can help you with the box instructions.  The video will help.  Have a fantastic week.
