The Stampin’ Up Prized Peony assembly is easier than you think. Using the gorgeous DSP on the card just makes it that much easier.
If you are going to do a watercolor look for the flower, you just want to add a bit of water and color and not saturate it. I suggest using Shimmery White Cardstock. You don’t need watercolor paper, but you definitely could use it to add more texture. If you choose to do this, here is a layout to help with the die cutting on a 5.5″ x 4.25″ piece of cardstock. Always be careful that your dies do not overlap. This could damage your dies.
The dies shown above are just the dies for the flower and leaves. The remaining dies are for the stamped images. Here is an image to help identify the images for the flower.
