The Suite Sampler Host Set from Stampin’ Up is easy to miss in the 2021 Mini Catalog. This set is in the back of the catalog because it is a Host Set (pg. 88).
I wanted to create four different cards with this set, showing that you can use the DSP from each of the suites with only one stamp set.
Measurements
Card bases are 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″
The first panel is 4″ x 5 1/4″
Card #1 – Stamp the small flower image from the Hydrangea Hill Stamp set onto the panel from the DSP. The sentiment is also from this stamp set.
Card #2 – Stamp your flower image and then cut that panel to 5 1/4″ x the width of the flower. Layer it with your base color at 1 3/4″ x 5 1/4″.
Card #3 – Adhere a 1 1/4″ strip of one pattern on top of the 4″ x 5 1/4″ panel.
Card #4 – Rip the blue Sand & Sea DSP where the white shows to look like foaming water. Then take a couple of inches of the sand colored paper and lay it under the end of the blue to create your panel.
Video
This YouTube live video shows me creating these four cards with the Suite Sampler Host Set from Stampin’ Up. The video is long as I created four cards but there are a lot of techniques shown. I hope you enjoy it.
Thank you for stopping.
