Although I am not a big scrapbooker, I was asked to create with the new kit, Sweet Days of Autumn. I wanted to show you that you can use the kit for cards too. I created two ahead of time and one on my video. Creating with this kit reminded me of creating with the Ephemera packages. Yu have stickers , cardstock and two tone cardstock. You also have dsp “cut-outs”. They are the thickness of dsp and are so great for quick and easy cards. This particular kit had thin wood accent pieces.
This page shows the stickers and DSP. There is also the wood chip elements, the DSP punch outs and the two tone 12″ x 12″ paper.
Here are the two cards I created before the video. I wanted to show you the variety of cards you can create from easy with stickers to more difficult with coloring the woodchips.
The Grateful card is using the wood chip elements. I colored them with Stampin’ Blends and used the stickers to add to the sign.
I used one of the paper pieces as a template to create the Crushed Curry line image. The center Give Thanks sentiment is a sticker and I popped the wooden tree up after coloring it with Old Olive and Pecan Pie.
On video I wanted to use the stamps to show that they can also be used on a card. The center “Thanks” is a wood chip element, along with the Maple leaf on the bottom right. This was so fun and easy to create.

- Please print out your registration form you will receive in your email so that you have your numbers handy.
