I purchased these cute Peep dies and stamps a few years ago from a Simon Says kit. I couldn’t find the exact set that I used (I think it is retired) but I added a link below to another die and stamp set that was very similar to the retired one that I used. I just love the sugar looking peeps for this cute Easter card for my grand kids. This is a simple fast card! I found some cute plaid pastel colored paper that had a bonus of the cute egg boarder on the reverse side. Just cut the strip of eggs and fussy cut around the top of them and there you go! I added the Elizabeth Craft Design adhesive sheets to the back of each pastel color and die cut the peep.
IMPORTANT TIP: I stamped the face onto the peep before I added the “sugar” (sparkle dust) to the peep. I then went over the stamped image of the face with the Glaze pen in black. LET IT DRY. Then I added the sparkle dust and burnished it. The sparkle dust does not adhere to the glaze once it is dry so the face shows through just fine.
The card really came together quickly. I hope you enjoy this card. It just makes me smile and I think the grand kids are going to love it.
